The invention relates to a drainage pipe with a noise reduction structure. The drainage pipe comprises a pipe body, and further comprises a plurality of arc-shaped sheets attached to the inner wall ofthe pipe body, wherein the arc-shaped sheets are longitudinally distributed along the pipe body, a plurality of through holes are formed in the surface of each arc-shaped sheet, a cavity is formed between each arc-shaped sheet and the interior of the pipe body, fillers can be further arranged in the cavities, the diameter of the fillers is greater than that of the through holes, noise reduction is further realized, and through holes with different diameters can be arranged and distributed in a mixed mode so as to improve the noise reduction effect furthermore. Compared with the prior art, thedrainage pipe can absorb band width to effectively adjust the sound absorption coefficient so that the noise decibel can reach specified standard 15 decibels; and the requirement on the material costof the arc-shaped sheets is not high, the manufacturing process is not complex, and the drainage pipe has the advantages of being low in cost, simple and feasible in scheme, obvious in effect and thelike.
本发明涉及一种设有降噪结构的排水管道,包括管道主体,排水管道还包括附着在管道主体内壁的多个弧形片,弧形片沿管道主体纵向分布,弧形片的表面设有多个通孔,弧形片与管道主体的内部形成空腔,该空腔内可进一步设置填充物,该填充物的直径大于通孔的直径,实现进一步降噪,还可以设置不同直径的通孔及其混合排布,再次提升降噪效果。与现有技术相比,本发明能够吸收频带宽,有效调节吸声系数,使得噪音分贝达到规定标准15分贝,且对弧形片的材质没有高成本的要求,制作工艺也不复杂,具有成本低、方案简单易行、效果明显等优点。
