The equipment comprises a machine shell; a transmission cavity is formed in the machine shell; an exhaust cavity is formed in thelower end wall of the transmission cavity; a storage cavity is formed in the right end wall of the exhaust cavity; a lifting cavity is formed in the right end wall of the storage cavity; a pressing cavity is formed in the lower end wall of the lifting cavity; a belt wheel cavity is formed in the upper end wall of the lifting cavity; a pushing cavity is formed in the machine shell; a pushing blockis arranged in the pushing cavity; the pushing block can abut against a small wooden pillar matched with a punched hole into the hole so as to seal the hole; a rotating plate is arranged in the pressing cavity; two drill bits which are front-back-symmetrical are arranged in the rotating plate; the drill bits can conduct drilling; an extending-in pipe is arranged in the rotating plate and can absorb water; and an inserting pipe is arranged in the rotating plate and can blow air to the lower side of a floor, so that water evaporation at the lower side of the floor is accelerated.
