The embodiment of the invention provides a method for producing lime through a lime shaft kiln with an independent cooling device and the shaft kiln. According to the method, the lime shaft kiln comprises a kiln body, a preheating section and a calcining section, wherein the preheating section and the calcining section are arranged on the kiln body, and a limestone mineral aggregate is conveyed tothe preheating section of the kiln body from an inlet in the top end of the kiln body; the limestone mineral aggregate is preheated in the preheating section; and the preheated limestone mineral aggregate enters the calcining section arranged below the preheating section to be calcined, the limestone mineral aggregate is calcined to generate finished lime and byproduct carbon dioxide, and high-temperature lime generated through calcining is conveyed into the cooling device arranged outside the kiln body to be cooled. The calcined high-temperature lime is transferred into the independent cooling device, various quenching processes can be adopted for cooling the lime, meanwhile, cooling air cannot enter the calcining section, and high-quality and high-activity lime can be generated.
本发明实施例提供一种通过具有独立冷却装置的石灰竖窑生产石灰的方法及竖窑,石灰竖窑包括窑体和窑体上的预热段和煅烧段,石灰石矿料自窑体顶端的入口被输送到窑体的预热段;石灰石矿料在预热段内被预热;预热后的石灰石矿料进入到设于预热段下方的煅烧段进行煅烧,石灰石矿料煅烧生成成品石灰以及附带产物二氧化碳,煅烧生成的高温石灰被输送到设于窑体外的冷却装置内进行冷却。将煅烧后的高温石灰转移到独立的冷却装置内,可以采用各种急冷工艺对石灰进行冷却,同时冷却风不会进入煅烧段,能够生成高质量的高活性石灰。
