Automatic stemming production method
The invention relates to an automatic stemming production method. The method comprises the following steps of (1) wheel grinding: performing wheel grinding on stemming; (2) extrusion and cutting: performing extrusion molding on the stemming subjected to wheel grinding, and cutting; (3) laminating and stacking: laminating and packaging the cut stemming, and then stacking; (4) bagging and packaging:bagging the stacked stemming, and then overturning; and (5) finished product collection: enabling the overturned stemming to fall into a packaging bag. The automatic stemming production method has the advantages that automatic packaging and stacking of anhydrous stemming in the stemming processing process are achieved, the stemming processing quality and production efficiency are improved, the equipment mechanism is compact, quick-wear parts are convenient to replace, the service life of each piece of equipment is prolonged, the production cost of enterprises is reduced, and the stemming production efficiency is improved.
