According to the invention, chewing gum stuck on the ground can be automatically detected, and the chewing gum is blown, heated and softened; after softening, the chewing gum is shoveled, the chewing gum adhesion is flushed and brushed, and the shoveled chewing gum and garbage and dust on the ground are collected.
