The invention discloses a deep sludge geological foundation pit support structure and a construction method thereof. The deep sludge geological foundation pit support structure comprises a support pile, wherein a first cement soil grid wall is arranged on the outer side of the support pile; a second cement soil grid wall is arranged on the inner side of the support pile; and the support pile comprises a prestressed pipe pile protection wall, and a row of first cement mixing piles engaged with each other arranged on the outer side of the prestressed pipe pile protection wall. The deep sludge geological foundation pit support structure adopts a form of combining a prestressed pipe pile with the cement mixing pile grid walls, is convenient for construction and low in cost, shortens the construction period, preferably achieves the effects of bearing water pressure and soil pressure generated by excavation unloading of a foundation pit, and transferring the pressure to a support to stabilize the foundation pit.
