The invention relates to the technical field of house construction, and discloses a wall and a fabricated house. The wall comprises a keel cavity (10), a heat preservation cavity (20), a connecting frame (30) and a wallboard (40) located on one side of the connecting frame (30), wherein the connecting frame comprises a base frame (33), a first support (31) located on the first side of the base frame and a second support (32) located on the second side of the base frame; the keel cavity is limited by the base frame and the first support and is hollow; the heat preservation cavity comprises a first heat preservation cavity body (21) and a second heat preservation cavity body (22) which are located on the two sides of the base frame; the first heat preservation cavity body is jointly limitedby the base frame, the first support and the wallboard; the face, away from the base frame, of the first support is connected with the wallboard; the second heat preservation cavity body is limited bythe base frame and the second support; and the first heat preservation cavity body and the second heat preservation cavity body are filled with heat preservation material pieces made of heat preservation materials. The wall does not need an external keel and has good heat preservation performance.
