The invention provides an adjustable roof connecting structure and a mounting method, and relates to the technical field of decoration design. The structure comprises a roof piece, a connecting piece,a connecting seat, an adjusting piece and an adjusting seat, wherein the roof piece comprises a roof plate and an extending plate; the connecting piece comprises a first connecting plate and a secondconnecting plate; the second connecting plate is provided with first clamping teeth; the extending plate is provided with second clamping teeth; the connecting seat comprises a first plate, a secondplate and a third plate; the first plate and the second plate are provided with adjusting bolts and adjusting bolt holes; the third plate is connected with the adjusting piece through a connecting screw; the adjusting seat comprises a first seat plate, a second seat plate, a third seat plate and an adjusting rod; the adjusting piece is provided with a first long-strip groove; the first seat plateand the second seat plate are provided with second long-strip grooves; and the adjusting rod is connected with a nut. The adjustable roof connecting structure is simple in structure, convenient to mount and high in mounting efficiency, can still be finely adjusted after being mounted, can be arranged on roofs at various angles, and is low in later adjustment and maintenance cost.
