The invention discloses building wall leveling equipment, and relates to the technical field of building construction. The building wall leveling equipment comprises a movable base; a lifting frame isarranged in the movable base in a sliding fit mode; a connecting frame is arranged between two ends of the lifting frame in a sleeving mode; two scraping guide frames which are symmetrically arrangedare in sliding fit with one side of the connecting frame; a servo motor is arranged on one side of the connecting frame; a transmission gear meshed with the two scraping guide frames is fixed at therotating shaft end of the servo motor; a push plate is in sliding fit between the two ends in the scraping guide frame; scrapers are arranged on one side of the push plate in an array manner; and twosides of the scraping plate are respectively in sliding fit with two sides of the scraping guide frame. The gear is driven to rotate through forward and reverse rotation of the servo motor, the two scraping guide frames are in engaged transmission with the gear and scrape a wall surface in a reciprocating mode under the action of the scraping plate, the manual labor intensity is reduced, an adjusting air cylinder drives the push plate, and the push plate drives the scraping plate to turn over and switch along a limiting clamping groove during sliding; and the situation that the scraping platealways inclines to scrape the wall surface is guaranteed, and the wall surface leveling quality is improved.
本发明公开了一种建筑墙体整平设备,涉及建筑施工技术领域。本发明包括移动底座,移动底座内滑动配合有升降架;升降架两端之间套设有连接架;连接架一侧滑动配合有两个相互对称设置的刮料导架;连接架一侧设有伺服电机;伺服电机转轴端固定有与两个刮料导架啮合传动齿轮;刮料导架内部两端之间滑动配合有推板;推板一侧阵列均设有刮板;刮板两侧分别与刮料导架两侧滑动配合。本发明通过伺服电机正反转带动齿轮转动,两个刮料导架与齿轮啮合传动并在刮板的作用下对墙面往复式刮除,减少了人工劳动强度,且调节气缸带动推板,使得推板在滑动时带动刮板沿限位卡槽翻转切换,保证刮板始终倾斜对墙面刮除作业,提高了墙面整平的质量。
