The invention discloses a clutch mechanism. The clutch mechanism comprises an anti-theft assembly integrated with a clutch assembly. When external impact force is transmitted from a panel to the clutch assembly and is enough for the clutch assembly to mistakenly close a handle sleeve and a square rod sleeve, the anti-theft assembly can respond to the external impact force to form rotation stoppinginterference on synchronous rotation of the handle sleeve and the square rod sleeve so as to prevent possible illegal unlocking under the condition that the clutch mechanism is mistakenly closed, andtherefore the probability of illegal knocking unlocking caused by mistaken closing of the clutch mechanism can be reduced.
