Hanging structure for mounting photovoltaic tile roof
The invention relates to a hanging structure for mounting a photovoltaic tile roof. The hanging structure comprises a mounting piece which is mounted on a tile hanging strip and corresponds to the upper side edge of a photovoltaic tile, and a lower frame which is arranged on the lower side edge of the photovoltaic tile and can be matched with the mounting piece, the mounting piece comprises a fixed seat, a connecting part and a hook part, the fixed seat is connected with the tile hanging strip, the connecting part forms a dismounting and replacing space for accommodating the upper side edge ofthe corresponding photovoltaic tile, and the hook part forms a hook for hanging the lower frame; and the lower frame comprises an installation part and a hanging part, the installation part forms a glass groove used for containing the lower side edge of the photovoltaic tile, and the hanging part forms a hanging hole used for allowing the hook to be hung. The hanging structure is simple in structure and convenient to mount, hanging and wind-uplift-resistant mounting of the photovoltaic tiles can be achieved at the same time, the mounting cost can be reduced, and the mounting efficiency can beimproved.
本发明涉及一种光伏瓦片屋面安装时的挂接结构,包括安装在挂瓦条上并与光伏瓦片的上侧边缘对应的安装件、设置在光伏瓦片下侧边缘并能够与安装件相配合的下边框;安装件包括固定座、连接部分和挂钩部分,固定座与挂瓦条相连接,连接部分形成容纳对应光伏瓦片的上侧边缘的拆换空间,挂钩部分形成用于挂接下边框的挂钩;下边框包括安装部分和挂接部分,安装部分形成用于容纳光伏瓦片的下侧边缘的玻璃槽,挂接部分形成用于供挂钩挂靠的挂孔。本发明结构简单、安装方便,可以同时实现光伏瓦片的挂接和抗风揭安装,能够降低安装成本、提高安装效率。
