The invention relates to the field of mortar, and particularly discloses a preparation method of early-strength ardealite expansion mortar, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1,high-temperature physical shaping: sending ardealite into airflow shaping equipment for high-temperature physical shaping to obtain gelled gypsum with equiaxed crystal grains, wherein airflow of theairflow shaping equipment is one of steam or flue gas, the airflow temperature is 400-1000 DEG C, the shaping time is 10-120 seconds, and the length-diameter ratio, the length-width ratio or the length-thickness ratio of the gelled gypsum crystal grains are all smaller than 2.0; and 2, adding a flow aid, active micro powder, a calcium material, an expanding agent, a surfactant and a stabilizer into the gelled gypsum, uniformly mixing, adding water, and uniformly stirring to obtain the early-strength ardealite expansion mortar. The mortar prepared by the method is high in fluidity, early strength and constructability, the mortar is slightly expanded, and shrinkage cracking of the mortar is reduced.
