A mounting frame is fixedly connected to the top end of the telescopic rod, a base plate is slidably connected into the mounting frame, anda dismounting mechanism used for dismounting the base plate is arranged on the mounting frame. According to the signboard, the signboard is buried in the bottom surface, the balancing weight is keptvertical, and the ground can be continuously grabbed to a certain extent through the ground grabbing mechanism, so that the ground can still be grabbed under the rainy condition, and therefore, waterand soil loss caused by local collapse at the bottom of the signboard can be avoided, and the inclination of the signboard can be more easily aggravated; and the illuminating lamp can illuminate the interior of the mounting frame, so that a vehicle owner can be reminded of sign information at a relatively far place, and the use under the condition of poor illumination at night is facilitated.
