The invention discloses a safety protection gate with a face recognition system. The safety protection gate comprises a gate body. A baffle is assembled on one side of the gate body, a mounting base is arranged at the top of the gate body, a camera is mounted on a supporting frame in a matched mode, a stepping motor is mounted on the surface of a partition plate, a reduction gearbox is mounted atthe output end of the stepping motor in a matched mode, a lower base body is mounted at the top of the stepping motor, a face recognition system is arranged in the lower base body, one end of a worm penetrates through the surface of the lower base body to be in transmission connection with the output end of the reduction gearbox, the other end of the worm is in key connection with the transmissiongear through a key, and a speed reduction mechanism is arranged between an upper base body and the lower base body. By optimizing the internal structure of the gate body, the effect of shooting passing persons from different angles is achieved, so that the accuracy and reference of face recognition are effectively improved, and the safety protection effect is improved.
