The invention discloses a stopping control system. The stopping control system comprises a base and a swing arm arranged on the base; an intelligent control module which comprises a motor control module, an authorization information receiving module, a sensor information receiving module, an abnormal information sending module and a stopping state module, and when the authorization information receiving module receives authorization information, the swing arm rotates, and the stopping state module is switched into a release state; when the authorization information is not received, but the sensor information receiving module receives the data information transmitted by the sensor part, namely the swing arm is subjected to external force, the stopping state module is switched into a passiverelease state, the swing arm rotates, and meanwhile, the abnormal information sending module sends alarm information to the main controller and switches the stopping state module into a release state; and if the abnormity caused by the external force is removed, the stopping state module is switched to an abnormal recovery state, and when the swing arm is recovered to the stopping state, the stopping state module is switched to the stopping state. The stopping control system can improve the safety and intelligence of the stopping device.
