The invention provides a pile head waterproof coiled material cutting tool. The pile head waterproof coiled material cutting tool comprises a tool handle and a tool sheath, wherein the tool handle comprises a vertically-arranged circular pipe body; an electro-hydraulic servo double-head oil cylinder is arranged in the circular pipe body; a displacement sensor is arranged on the upper side of a cylinder barrel of the electro-hydraulic servo double-head oil cylinder; a control unit is arranged on the upper side of the displacement sensor; a hydraulic oil tank is arranged on the upper side of thecircular pipe body; an oil pump is arranged in the hydraulic oil tank; two oil ports are led out of the oil pump through a reversing valve and connected with the electro-hydraulic servo double-head oil cylinder through pipelines correspondingly; the tool sheath is a vertically-arranged cylinder; a plurality of tool grooves arranged in the radial direction are formed in the cylinder; a blade is arranged in each tool groove and is in clearance fit with the tool groove; the blades in the tool grooves intersect at the position close to the axis of the tool handle; and the lower end of a piston rod of the electro-hydraulic servo double-head oil cylinder penetrates the tool sheath to be connected with the upper side of the joint of the blades. The cutting process of the tool is full automatic,coiled materials are cut fast and effortlessly through the tool, construction is convenient, the coiled materials are saved, and the waterproof effect is good.
