The invention discloses a fireproof wallboard and a preparation method thereof. A fireproof plate is used as a base material, and a color film and a white film are used as a surface decoration layer and a back balance layer; and the fireproof plate is a glass magnesium plate or a calcium silicate fiber plate. According to the preparation method, a preparation method of the surface decoration layerand a preparation method of the back balance layer are improved, and the fireproof wallboard prepared through the preparation method has good fireproof performance and meanwhile has excellent size performance; the excellent size performance is guaranteed, and meanwhile the A-level fireproof standard can be achieved; and the preparation method not only has more advantages in process equipment, butalso has obvious advantages in appearance of the wallboard and color and line selection and surface fidelity of the color film.
本发明公开了一种防火墙板及其制备方法，采用防火板为基材，彩膜和白膜作为表面装饰层和背面平衡层；所述防火板为玻镁板或者硅酸钙纤维板；制备方法中对表面装饰层和背面平衡层的制备方法进行了改进，本发明制备而成的防火墙板具有良好的防火性能的同时具有优异的尺寸性能；保证优异的尺寸性能同时，可达到A级防火标准。制备方法不仅在工艺设备上更有优势，在墙板的外观方面，彩膜无论从颜色和纹路的选择，还是表面的逼真程度，均有着明显的优势。
