The invention provides a wall plastering and leveling device and a using method thereof. The wall plastering and leveling device comprises a first limiting part and a second limiting part, each of thefirst limiting part and the second limiting part comprises a group of limiting rulers and a plurality of connecting parts connecting the limiting rulers; the limiting rulers comprise first side wallsand second side walls, and one ends of the first side walls and one ends of the second side walls are perpendicularly and fixedly connected into a whole with the cross sections forming L-shaped structures; slag discharging holes are formed in the first side walls, and wire hanging holes are formed in the second side walls; during use, the first limiting part and the second limiting part are arranged on the surface of a wall body in parallel up and down, and meanwhile, the first side walls of the limiting rulers in the first limiting part and the first side walls of the limiting rulers in thesecond limiting part are arranged in opposite directions. According to the wall plastering and leveling device and the using method thereof, the device is simple in structure and convenient to install, construction steps and detection steps can be completed through one device, and the construction operation efficiency is effectively improved.
