The invention provides a lamp and a swimming pool. The lamp comprises a lamp body, an adjusting piece, a connecting piece and a forced piece. The adjusting piece is movably connected to the lamp body.The forced piece is movably connected to the lamp body and can move in the radial direction of the lamp body, and the forced piece is used for being connected with a mounting embedded piece of the pool wall of the pool body; the connecting piece is connected between the adjusting piece and the forced piece in a transmission mode, so that the forced piece can move relative to the lamp body in a forced mode. According to the lamp, a user can manually operate the adjusting piece, and the forced piece has relative displacement in the radial direction of the lamp body so as to change the radial installation size of the lamp, so that the lamp can adapt to various radial sizes of the mounting embedded parts; and the compatibility of the lamp and the mounting embedded part is high, the user can purchase and replace the lamp conveniently, the replacement cost is reduced, and the replacement efficiency is improved.
