A hardening agent for ready-mix shipped rapid-hardening concrete is added to a composition including cement, a rapid hardening material, and a soporific, wherein the concentration of aluminum ions ina liquid phase, which can be obtained by performing solid-liquid separation on a hardening agent-containing composition which can be obtained in 30 minutes after the hardening agent is added to the composition under the condition of 5 DEG C, is at least 1.1 times the concentration of aluminum ions in a liquid phase which can be obtained by performing solid-liquid separation on a hardening agent-free composition which can be obtained without adding the hardening agent to the composition under the condition of 5 DEG C.
