The invention provides a straw board for vegetation slope protection and a production method thereof, and relates to the technical field of ecological restoration. The method comprises the following steps of selecting a screen with 6-25 meshes as a standard, screening crushed straw fragments, soaking the straw fragments, and drying to control the water content of the straw fragments to be 10 to 18 percent; assembling the dried straws, and carrying out steam spraying and hot pressing at the hot-pressing temperature of 160 to 220 DEG C for 220 to 360 seconds so as to form a straw board; and punching the straw board to form the straw board with through holes. The straw board for the vegetation slope protection and the production method thereof provided by the invention have the characteristics of environmental protection, simplicity in construction and good ecological effect of slope protection.
本发明提出一种用于植被护坡的秸秆板及其生产方法,涉及生态修复技术领域,该方法包括:选取6~25目筛网作为标准,筛选经粉碎后的秸秆碎片,将秸秆碎片进行浸泡后干燥,使其含水率控制在10—18%;对干燥后的秸秆进行组坯、喷蒸热压,热压温度为160‑220℃,热压时间为220‑360秒,形成秸秆板;将所述秸秆板进行打孔,形成具有通孔的秸秆板。本发明的用于植被护坡的秸秆板及其生产方法具有环保、施工简单,护坡生态效果好的特点。
