Method for preparing superfine copper tailing filling cementing material by adopting water-quenched copper slag wet grinding method
The invention discloses a method for preparing a superfine copper tailing filling cementing material from water-quenched copper slag by adopting a wet-grinding method, which comprises the following steps: putting the water-quenched copper slag into a crusher, crushing to 1-10mm, and carrying out dry grinding to obtain copper slag powder; and adding 100 parts of copper slag powder into a mixing tank, adding water according to a water-material ratio of 2:1-3:1, adding a retarder accounting for 0.1%-0.5% of the mass of the copper slag powder, uniformly stirring to form slurry with fluidity, pumping the slurry into a vertical stirrer, and carrying out wet grinding until the median particle size of copper slag is 2-5 [mu]m, so as to obtain the superfine copper tailing filling cementing material. The cementing material is stirred according to the cement-sand ratio of 1:8-1:14, the mass concentration of 66%-74% and the superfine copper tailings to prepare the superfine copper tailing filling material for underground filling. According to the method, local materials are used according to local conditions, the water-quenched copper slag is used as a cementing material for cementing the copper tailings, zero emission of a mining area is achieved, no chemical excitant or cement is used in the preparation process, and the cost is greatly reduced; and the cementitious material particles are ultrafine and can wrap a larger amount of ultrafine tailings, the ash-sand ratio and the bleeding rate are reduced, and the strength is improved.
本发明公开一种由水淬铜渣湿磨法制备超细铜尾砂填充胶凝材料的方法,水淬铜渣置于破碎机中,破碎至1‑10mm,再将其干法粉磨得到铜渣粉。取100份铜渣粉到混合罐,按照水料比2:1‑3:1加水,再加入质量为铜渣粉的0.1%‑0.5%缓凝剂,搅拌均匀,使之成为具有流动性的浆体,泵入立式搅拌机中,湿磨至铜渣中值粒径为2‑5μm,制得超细铜尾砂填充胶凝材料。该胶凝材料以1:8‑1:14的灰砂比、66%‑74%的质量浓度和超细铜尾矿进行搅拌制备得到超细铜尾砂充填材料,进行地下充填。本发明因地制宜、就地取材,以水淬铜渣为胶凝材料胶结铜尾矿,实现矿区的零排放,制备过程未使用化学激发剂和水泥,大幅度节约成本;该胶凝材料颗粒实现超细化,可以包裹更大量的超细尾砂,降低灰砂比和泌水率,提高强度。
