The invention relates to a concrete waterproof additive which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 5-10 parts of silicon powder, 10-20 parts of silicon carbide powder, 10-20 parts of diatomite, 5-10 parts of slag powder, 5-10 parts of a plasticizer, 1-5 parts of a cross-linking agent, 5-20 parts of calcium oxide, 20-30 parts of a polyurethane waterproof agent, 10-20 parts of a coalescing agent and 2-5 parts of sodium nitrite. The concrete waterproof additive disclosed by the invention not only can improve the waterproof capacity of concrete, but also can ensure relatively good strength, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and the like.
