Method for recycling waste concrete
The invention provides a method for recycling waste concrete. The method comprises the following steps: collecting waste concrete generated in a building demolition process, removing impurities, and conducting crushing by using crushing equipment; screening the crushed waste concrete by using a vibrating screen to obtain recycled fine aggregate and recycled coarse aggregate; uniformly stirring the recycled fine aggregate, the recycled coarse aggregate and cement according to a preset ratio, adding water, an admixture and an additive, and carrying out uniform mixing to obtain recycled concrete for temporary building construction; and after engineering is completed, crushing recycled concrete for temporary building construction, preparing recycled concrete again, pouring the recycled concrete prepared again into a mold to prepare a prefabricated product. According to the above scheme, the waste concrete is recycled under the condition that calcination is not needed, so the problems that the waste concrete occupies land and destroys the ecological environment are solved, and meanwhile, the temporary building construction cost of building construction is reduced.
本发明提供一种循环利用废弃混凝土的方法,包括以下步骤:收集建构筑物拆除过程中产生的废弃混凝土,去除杂质,利用破碎设备进行破碎;将破碎后的废弃混凝土用振动筛筛分,得到再生细骨料和再生粗骨料;将再生细骨料和再生粗骨料与水泥按照预定比例搅拌均匀,再加入水、掺合料和外加剂,均匀混合,得到再生混凝土,用于临建施工;工程完工后,将用于临建施工的再生混凝土破碎,并再次制备再生混凝土,将再次制备的再生混凝土浇筑模具内,制备预制产品。上述方案,本发明将废弃混凝土在无需煅烧的情况下,实现了循环利用,从而解决了废弃混凝土占用土地及破坏生态环境的问题,同时降低了建筑施工临建施工成本。
