The invention discloses a light fireproof curtain wall. The light fireproof curtain wall is manufactured through the following steps of S1, weighing raw materials; S2, crushing, namely crushing the polyphenyl propylene foamed plastic in crushing equipment until the particle size is 2-3 mm; S3, grinding, specifically, putting carclazyte, silicon dioxide, talcum powder and quartz sand sequentially into a grinding machine to be ground and pass through a 200-220-mesh screen, and mixing all the powder to obtain mixed powder; S4, mixing: mixing ammonium sulfate, sodium bicarbonate and water to obtain a mixed solution, and mixing for 20-30 minutes; S5, stirring: putting the crushed polystyrene foam plastic, the mixed powder and the mixed solution into a stirrer, and stirring for 20-25 minutes at the temperature of 40-50 DEG C to obtain a stirred material; and S6, putting the stirred material into a mold, carrying out casting molding at the temperature of 120-130 DEG C, and cooling to obtain the fireproof insulation board.
