High-strength waterproof foam light soil and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses high-strength waterproof foam light soil and a preparation method thereof. The light soil comprises river bottom silt, cement, an admixture, nano boron fibers, nano PMMA microspheres, tert-butyl acrylate, a foaming agent and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the river bottom sludge, the cement, the admixture, the nano boron fibers and 70% of water to obtain a first mixture, and mixing the nano PMMA fibers and tert-butyl acrylate to obtain a second mixture; diluting a foaming agent with water, then mixing the diluted foaming agent with the first mixture and the second mixture, pouring, standing for maintenance, and forming to obtain the foamed light soil. The nano boron fibers and the nano PMMA microspheres are utilized to enhance the strength of the light soil, and tert-butyl acrylate is utilized to improve the waterproofness of the light soil, thereby widening the application range of the light soil.
