The invention discloses a preparation method of a thermal insulation material by recycling waste polyurethane foam, which comprises the following steps: S1, manually sorting collected waste polyurethane foam materials, stacking the sorted polyurethane foam materials in a centralized manner, and manually removing redundant waste materials which do not belong to the polyurethane foam materials; S2, cleaning the surfaces of the sorted polyurethane foam materials, after cleaning is completed, and segmenting the polyurethane foam materials, wherein the length of the segmented polyurethane foam materials is 10-1500 cm; and preparing a pulverizer, cleaning the interior of the pulverizer, after cleaning is completed, putting polyurethane foam subjected to segmentation work into the pulverizer, and starting the pulverizer to conduct pulverizing work, wherein the rotating speed of a pulverizing shaft of the pulverizer is 2000-2500 r/min; the method is reasonable in design, the waste polyurethane foam material is recycled, the utilization rate of resources can be increased, and pollution to the environment can be reduced and avoided.
本发明公开了一种再生利用废旧聚氨酯泡沫的隔热材料制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1:对收集的废旧聚氨酯泡沫材料进行手动分拣工作,将分拣出的聚氨酯泡沫材料集中堆放,将不属于聚氨酯泡沫材料的多余废料手动剔除;S2:对分拣出的聚氨酯泡沫材料表面进行清洁工作,清洁完毕之后,对聚氨酯泡沫材料进行分割工作,且经过分割工作的聚氨酯泡沫材料长度处于10‑1500cm;准备一个粉碎机,对粉碎机内部进行清洁工作,清洁完毕之后,将经过分割工作的聚氨酯泡沫投放至粉碎机内,启动粉碎机,进行粉碎工作,粉碎机的粉碎轴转速为2000‑2500转/min。本发明设计合理,通过对废旧聚氨酯泡沫材料进行再生利用,不仅能够提高资源的利用率,而且能够减免对环境的污染。
