The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to C50 steam-curing-free concrete for coastal subway segments and a preparation method of the C50 steam-curing-free concrete. According to the concrete, per cubic meter of the concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: 315-450 kg of cement, 0-67.5 kg of fly ash, 0-135 kg of mineral powder, 728-732.5 kg of sand, 1089-1098.7 kg of pebbles, 18 kg of a nanometer C-S-H-PCE early strength agent, 5.85-20 kg of a water reducing agent and 118.8-135 kg of water. According to the invention, the nanometer C-S-H-PCE is adopted to regulate the early hydration process of the cement, accelerate the generation of early hydration products of the cement and the formation of microstructures, and then a low-energy-consumption high-durability steam-curing-free concrete product is prepared by optimizing a concrete mixing proportion; and the generation of heat damage and structural defects in the product in the damp-heat curing process is effectively avoided, the overall performance of the concrete products is improved and the later maintenance cost of the concrete products is reduced.
