The invention discloses a method for preparing a ZnO resistor disc by a hot pressed sintering process. The ZnO resistor disc is formed by mixing ZnO, Bi2O3, Sb2O3, Co3O4, NiO, MnO2, Cr2O3, Al (NO3) 3 and SiO2, wherein the molar fraction of ZnO in the mixture is 93.8%-97.3%, the molar fraction of BiO2 in the mixture is 0.5%-1%, and the molar fractions of Sb2O3, Co3O4, NiO, MnO2, Cr2O3, Al (NO3) 3.9 H2O and SiO2 in the mixture are 1.5%-3.35%; adding a binder PVA and ultrapure water into the mixture, and performing ball-milling mixing by using a ball mill to obtain mixed slurry; bismuth, antimony, cobalt, nickel, manganese, chromium, aluminum and silicon are doped to improve the electrical properties of the zinc oxide resistor, the zinc oxide resistor is prepared by using the hot pressed sintering process, and compared with a commonly used sintering process, a forming agent is not required to be added in the batching process of hot pressed sintering, the influence of high porosity of a sintered finished product due to volatilization of a forming agent in the rubber discharging and sintering process is eliminated, and the sintering temperature can be reduced due to higher pressure in the sintering process.
本发明公开了一种热压烧结工艺制备Zn0电阻片的方法,ZnO电阻片由ZnO、Bi2O3、Sb2O3、Co3O4、NiO、MnO2、Cr2O3、Al(NO3)3、SiO2混合组成;混合物中ZnO的摩尔分数为93.8%~97.3%,BiO2的摩尔分数为0.5%~1%,Sb2O3、Co3O4、NiO、MnO2、Cr2O3、Al(NO3)3·9H2O、SiO2的摩尔分数为1.5%~3.35%;向上述混合物中加入粘结剂PVA和超纯水后使用球磨机进行球磨混合得到混合浆料。本发明通过采用铋、锑、钴、镍、锰、铬、铝、硅元素进行掺杂,提高其电学性能,本发明使用热压烧结的工艺制备氧化锌电阻,相比一般使用的烧结工艺,热压烧结在配料过程中不需要加入成型剂,消除了排胶和烧结过程中由于成型剂挥发使得烧结后的成品气孔率高的影响,且烧结过程中压力更高可以降低烧结温度。
