The hydrogen energy city structure comprises renewable energy power generation equipment for collecting first renewable energy for power generation, renewable energy heating equipment used for collecting second renewable energy and generating high-temperature molten salt, fused salt heat storage equipment used for storing the high-temperature fused salt and connected to the downstream of the renewable energy heating equipment, high-temperature electrolytic hydrogen production equipment used for producing hydrogen and connected to the downstream of the renewable energy power generation equipment and the downstream of the fused salt heat storage equipment for hydrogen production, hydrogen storage equipment used for storing hydrogen and connected to the downstream of the high-temperature electrolytic hydrogen production equipment, and hydrogen conveying equipment used for conveying hydrogen and connected to the downstream of the hydrogen storage equipment; and electric energy conveyed by the renewable energy power generation equipment and heat energy conveyed by the fused salt heat storage equipment are matched in real time and supplied to the high-temperature electrolytic hydrogen production equipment. According to the hydrogen energy city structure based on high-temperature electrolytic hydrogen production, various renewable energy sources in the nature are flexibly used through the high-temperature electrolytic hydrogen production equipment.
