Mounting plates are welded to the periphery of the outer wall of the connecting frame. The supporting columns are welded to the periphery between the connecting frame and the supporting plate. The lifting electric cylinders are installed on the front portions of the left side and the right side of the upper surface of the supporting plate through bolts. And the lifting plate is mounted on an output shafts of the lifting electric cylinders through bolts.
