The invention provides a road maintenance method. The maintenance method comprises the following steps: determining a to-be-maintained road area according to rut diseases; milling and planing the asphalt pavement of the road area at a specified thickness; paving an open-graded asphalt mixture in the milled road area, and rolling and leveling the open-graded asphalt mixture; and pouring mortar into the open-graded asphalt mixture so as to fill pores of the open-graded asphalt mixture. According to the invention, local maintenance can be carried out on the high-incidence area of the track disease on the road, and the semi-flexible pavement with high strength and strong track resistance is used for replacing the traditional asphalt pavement surface layer, so that the track disease resistance of the special lane for the virtual track electric vehicle is improved, and the service life of the special lane for the virtual track electric vehicle is prolonged.
