A guide plate is fixedly installed at the lower end of the middle seat plate through bolts and slidably loaded in a sliding groove, guide sliding plates are fixedly arranged on the two walls of the sliding groove, dampers are loaded at the left end and the right end of the lower support plate in the transverse bridge direction respectively, clamping grooves are loaded at the left end and the right end of the lower support plate respectively, and middle cylinder bodies of the dampers are located between the clamping grooves.
