The invention discloses a lower support adjustable sound barrier beam cast-in-place bridge deck slab supporting device which comprises a plurality of main supporting frame units arranged in the length direction of a bridge body and distribution beams erected on the main supporting frame units, and each main supporting frame unit comprises a plurality of steel trusses arranged on the side wall of the upper portion of the bridge body. The roots of the steel trusses are tightly attached to a web of the bridge body, and the inner ends of the steel trusses are fixed to the side of the bridge body through finish rolling deformed steel bars. A fixing pile is fixed to the outer end of each steel truss, an adjusting cross beam is arranged above each steel truss, the outer end of each adjusting cross beam is clamped to the upper end of the corresponding fixing pile, a plurality of adjusting lead screws are vertically arranged on the upper portions of the steel trusses in the width direction of the bridge body, and the upper ends of the adjusting lead screws abut against the adjusting cross beams. The multiple distribution beams are erected at the top of each steel truss in the length direction of the bridge body. The invention further discloses a cast-in-place construction method for a sound barrier beam cast-in-place bridge deck slab through the device. The appearance quality and the construction efficiency of the bridge deck slab in the construction process can be effectively improved.
