A gear on a rotating shaft is driven by a hand-cranking wheel, and then a driving gear drives a driven gear to move on a sliding groove, so that the front-back movement of the equipment is realized, a small rotating gear is driven by a rotating driving motor, a large rotating gear is further driven to rotate, and the rotation of a vertical walking frame is realized; and through stretching and retracting of a telescopic air cylinder, the vertical walking frame slides on the vertical telescopic frame, and the vertical walking frame can be adjusted to slide up and down within a small range.
