The invention belongs to the technical field of urban environment-friendly cleaning devices, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly cleaning vehicle which comprises a vehicle body and a sweeping mechanism. The sweeping mechanism is connected to the lower portion of the front end of the vehicle body. The sweeping mechanism comprises a connecting rod, a mounting cover, a rotating rod, a mounting disc, a first connecting pipe, a second connecting pipe, bristles, a mounting plate and a friction plate; the connecting rod is fixedly connected to the lower side of the front end of the vehicle body, and the lower end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the mounting cover; the mounting cover is disc-shaped, and the mounting disc is arranged at the lower end of the mounting cover; a spring in a thread on the outer wall of the second connecting pipe is tightened along with rotation of the first connecting pipe, so that when the spring is extruded to a certain pressure, the spring cannot be extruded any more, the through hole in the wall of the first connecting pipe is communicated with the through hole in the inner wall of the second connecting pipe, and high-pressure gas in the second connecting pipe is released; and the air is blown to the bristles on the outer side, so that a simple cleaning effect on the bristles can be achieved.
