The dredging device comprises an control-table and a dredging ship, wherein a dredging pump is arranged on the dredging ship; a mounting top plate is connected to the top of the control-table; the top of the mounting top plate is fixedly connected to the dredging ship; the mounting top plate and the control-table are arranged through a plurality of top plate bolts; the bottom of the control-table is connected to a fixing plate through an adjusting mechanism; the bottom of the fixing plate is fixedly connected to a driving motor; the output end of the driving motor is fixedly connected to a rotating shaft; and the outer side wall of the rotating shaft is fixedly sleeved with a basic bolt. According to the dredging device, through cooperative work of cutting mechanisms, a cutter can compress a spring rod to be retracted into a transmission groove, so that the whole cutter is buffered, the situation that the cutter is directly damaged when an existing rotating cutter cuts stones is avoided, the using effect of the cutter is effectively protected, and follow-up continuous cutting is conducted.
