The invention discloses an automatic wall tile sticking device for building construction. The automatic wall tile sticking device for building construction comprises a supporting frame; a horizontally-arranged supporting plate is fixedly connected to the supporting frame; a shell is fixedly connected to the upper end of the supporting plate; a feeding port is formed in the bottom end of one side of the shell; a discharging port is formed in the top end of the other side of the shell; the bottom end of the shell is fixed and communicates with a feeding pipe; a feeding mechanism is arranged at the bottom end of the shell; a first belt wheel is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the bottom end of the shell; and a second belt wheel is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the top end of the shell. By arranging the feeding mechanism, concrete is fed into the shell through a liquid inlet pipe, when the liquid level of the concrete is low, a rotating disc is driven by power of a third gear motor to rotate, the rotating disc drives a first connecting rod to swing, the first connecting rod drives a second connecting rod to move up and down, the second connecting rod drives a bottom plate to move upwards, and therefore, the liquid level of the concrete on the bottom plate can be raised, so the concrete can be attached to tiles more easily.
