The cement releasing device is used in cooperation with a ceramic tile positioning device for plastering the wall-mounted ceramic tiles, the end faces of the ceramic tiles can be quickly plastered with cement mortar, after plastering, a cement mortar plastering layer is uniform and consistent in thickness, and thus the hollowing phenomenon of the ceramic tiles is effectively avoided; meanwhile, the plastering efficiency is effectively improved, and the labor intensity is relieved; the cement releasing device is provided with a solid bolt internally-mounted impact part buffering mechanism and a hollow bolt internally-mounted impact part buffering mechanism, a necessary buffering effect can be achieved during part impacting, and thus damage to parts is reduced; and in addition, the cement releasing device is provided with a manual telescopic mold type cement mortar storage mechanism, the cement mortar can be stored, and flowing is generated in the pushing process.
