The invention discloses a foldable movable lifting construction platform. According to the foldable movable lifting construction platform, when a pedal is not treaded, locking of rolling wheels can be automatically achieved, and therefore the foldable movable lifting construction platform is prevented from moving in the construction process, and potential safety hazards are reduced; meanwhile, when the pedal is treaded manually, the left-right moving direction of the foldable movable lifting construction platform can be determined according to the inclination direction of a rotating rod, and therefore the purpose of moving leftwards and rightwards is achieved under the condition that people do not get down, the construction efficiency is improved, the foldable movable lifting construction platform can realize adjustment of the upper and lower positions according to actual conditions, the practicability is improved; and meanwhile, the foldable movable lifting construction platform can be folded, and therefore occupied space is reduced when the foldable movable lifting construction platform is not used, and storage and transportation are convenient.
