The BIM-based constructional engineering fabricated support comprises a lifting support, fixed guide rails, a first supporting platform, a second supporting platform and an additional mounting platform, wherein the lifting support is in an L shape, and one side of the lifting support is slidably connected with a vertical guide rail fixed to a building wall; the fixed guide rails are fixedly connected to the lifting support, the two fixed guide rails are symmetrically arranged, and the two fixed guide rails are both perpendicular to the lifting support; the two sides of the first supporting platform and the two sides of the second supporting platform are both embedded into the two fixed guide rails, and the first supporting platform and the second supporting platform can both slide relative to the fixed guide rails; the additional mounting platform is arranged between the first supporting platform and the second supporting platform and detachably connected with the first supporting platform and the second supporting platform; and telescopic mechanisms are arranged on the fixed guide rails, and the first supporting platform and the second supporting platform are connected through the telescopic mechanisms.
