The invention discloses a metal roof anti-falling system and a construction method. The metal roof anti-falling system comprises a clamping piece mounting assembly, supporting assemblies, a tensioning cable (1), and a reclaimed water pipe clamp (2). The clamping piece mounting assembly is mounted on an vertical lockrand (5); each supporting assembly comprises supporting bottom rods (41) and supporting vertical rods (42); the two supporting bottom rods are crossed to form an X-shaped structure; the supporting vertical rods are connected with the center of the X-shaped structure; the supporting bottom rods are connected with the vertical lockrand through the clamping piece mounting assembly; a reclaimed water pipe (6) is clamped on the X-shaped structure through the reclaimed water pipe clamp; and the multiple supporting assemblies are connected in a tensioning mode through the tensioning cable and locked through a lock (11). According to the metal roof anti-falling system and the construction method, the overall structure stability of the supporting assemblies is ensured through a plurality of point type fixing structures, so that the loosening and sliding risks are reduced, the wind resistance is high, later repair is little, and the safety guarantee of later maintenance personnel is improved; and meanwhile, a reclaimed water system is directly fixed on the anti-falling system, so that fixed supporting points of the anti-falling system and the reclaimed water system are reduced, and the cost is reduced.
