The invention provides a swingable pulley structure. The swingable pulley structure comprises a pulley base, a front pulley and a rear pulley; the front pulley and the rear pulley are arranged on the pulley base; the pulley base is provided with a front part, a middle part and a rear part; a front connecting shaft is arranged between the front part and the middle part; the front part rotates relative to the middle part; a rear connecting shaft is arranged between the rear part and the middle part; the rear part rotates relative to the middle part; the front pulley is arranged on the front part; and the rear pulley is arranged on the rear part. The pulleys hook a buffer when encountering rail deformation or door closing and opening, so that the door can be kept in a vertical state. The front part and the front pulley return to be horizontal, the rear pulley can rotate relative to the center line of the middle part and the center line of the rear connecting shaft after encountering rail deformation so that the rear pulley can adapt to rail deformation, the swingable pulleys swing through the shafts, and the door is kept in a vertical state and is smooth and light all the time.
