Warm edge profile and using method thereof
The invention relates to a warm edge profile and a using method thereof. The warm edge profile comprises a U-shaped metal groove with an upward opening, a groove opening of the metal groove and plastic bodies compounded on the groove wall in a hot melting mode; the plastic bodies and the metal groove are enclosed to form a square structure; the bottom of the metal groove is provided with exposed sections located between the separated plastic bodies; the exposed sections are bonded with closed paraffin bags extending in the same direction; and the paraffin bags are filled with powdery drying agents. According to the warm edge profile and the using method thereof, the drying agents are packaged through the paraffin bags, then the paraffin bags are put into the metal groove and mounted on the exposed sections only made of metal materials, and thus leakage is avoided during transportation; and during construction, the problem that the drying agents are affected with damp and go bad is avoided, the drying agents in the metal groove can be released in a heating mode through the melting point difference of paraffin and butyl rubber under the condition that a mounting structure of a warm edge on hollow glass is not damaged, the effect of completing construction is achieved, and thus the warm edge profile has the effect of facilitating construction.
本发明涉及一种暖边型材及其使用方法。暖边型材包括U形且开口朝上的金属槽及其槽口和槽壁上热熔复合的塑料体,塑料体和金属槽围拢成口字型结构,金属槽的底部具有位于隔断的塑料体之间的裸露段,裸露段粘接有同向延伸的封闭的石蜡囊,石蜡囊内填充有粉末状的干燥剂。本发明利用石蜡囊将干燥剂封装起来,然后再装入金属槽中,并安装在仅有金属材料的裸露段,这样在运输时,不会出现泄漏;在施工时,不会出现干燥剂受潮变质的问题,并可通过加热的方式,利用石蜡和丁基胶的熔点差别,在不伤及暖边在中空玻璃上的安装结构的情况下,可释放金属槽内干燥剂,起到完成施工的作用,因而本发明的暖边型材具备便于施工的效果。
