The invention discloses a climbing mechanism for rotatable suspension arm maintenance. The climbing mechanism comprises a crawling ladder; a plurality of connectors are evenly arranged on the bottom face of the crawling ladder; the connectors and the crawling ladder are connected together in an inserted mode and connected together through bolts; clamping heads are arranged at the bottoms of the connectors; the clamping heads and the connectors are connected together through bolts; protecting rings are connected with the two sides of the upper face of the crawling ladder in a sliding mode; and buckles are arranged at the inner sides of the protecting rings.
