The invention relates to a faucet handle connecting piece, an inner connecting device and a faucet. The faucet handle connecting piece is used for ensuring the connection and relative movement between a first part of a faucet body and a second part of a faucet handle, the connecting piece is formed into an annular structure, a first end and a second end along the extending direction are respectively sleeved with the first part and the second part, the connecting piece comprises a first clamping part, a third clamping part and a middle channel, the first clamping part is arranged at the first end, is used for being embedded with a second clamping part on the first part and is used for limiting relative movement of the connecting piece and the faucet body in the axial direction, the third clamping part is arranged at the second end, is used for being embedded with a fourth clamping part on the second part, and is used for limiting the relative movement of the connecting piece and the faucet handle in the axial direction, and the middle channel is used for allowing a switching valve on the faucet body and/or a rotating part on the faucet handle to penetrate through and be connected with the each other, so that the water outlet state of the faucet body can be switched when the handle moves.
