The decomposing furnace in the staged combustion mode is adopted, the air inlet amount of the tertiary air pipe is adjusted, meanwhile, under the effect of enlarging a reduction area of the decomposing furnace, the staying time of gas in the reduction area is prolonged, under the support of introducing secondary fuel into the decomposing furnace through the furnace inlet pipeline I and the second furnace inlet pipeline II, nitrogen oxide generation amount control in the production process is achieved, the ultralow emission requirement is met, and pollution to the atmospheric environment is reduced.
本发明公开了水泥生产技术领域的一种采用分级燃烧的脱硝系统及工艺,包括烟室及分解炉,分解炉上连通有三次风管、下料组件及回流组件,下料组件包括煤粉喷入管、下料管、入炉管道一及入炉管道二。本发明采用分级燃烧方式的分解炉,通过调节三次风管的进风量,同时在加大分解炉的还原区的作用下,增加了气体在还原区停留的时间,配合入炉管道一及入炉管道二向分解炉中通入二次燃料的支持下,实现生产过程中氮氧化物生成量控制,满足超低排放需求,减少对大气环境的污染。
