The invention discloses an anti-corrosion flame-retardant heat insulation board, which comprises a heat insulation board body, wherein a heat insulation board base material layer is integrally machined in the center of the inner cavity of the heat insulation board body, a flame-retardant inner layer is integrally machined on the outer side of the heat insulation board base material layer, a silicone rubber layer, a nano metal flame-retardant net layer, a gypsum powder particle layer, a metallic paint layer, a flame-retardant coating material layer and a flame-retardant sandwich panel are sequentially arranged in the inner cavity of the flame-retardant inner layer from inside to outside, and an anti-corrosion outer layer is integrally machined on the outer side of the flame-retardant inner layer. Through cooperation of the silicone rubber layer, the nano-metal flame-retardant net layer, the gypsum powder particle layer, the metallic paint layer and the flame-retardant coating material layer, the flame-retardant effect of the flame-retardant inner layer is enhanced, the spreading rate of fire on the heat insulation board body is decreased, the escape time of indoor living people is greatly prolonged, and serious casualty events are avoided; and through the flame-retardant sandwich panel and the flame-retardant cotton, external fire can be effectively resisted, and the flame-retardant and fireproof performance of the heat insulation board body is further improved.
本发明公开了一种防腐蚀的阻燃型保温板,包括保温板本体,所述保温板本体内腔的中心处一体加工有保温板基材层,所述保温板基材层的外侧一体加工有阻燃内层,所述阻燃内层的内腔由内至外依次设置有硅橡胶层、纳米金属阻燃网层、石膏粉颗粒层、金属漆层、阻燃涂料层和阻燃夹心面板,所述阻燃内层的外侧一体加工有防腐蚀外层。本发明通过硅橡胶层、纳米金属阻燃网层、石膏粉颗粒层、金属漆层和阻燃涂料层的配合,增强阻燃内层的阻燃效果,减缓火势在保温板本体上的蔓延速率,大大延长了室内居住人们的逃生时间,避免造成较为严重的伤亡事件,通过阻燃夹心面板和阻燃棉,可有效抵御外界火势,进一步提高保温板本体的阻燃防火性能。
