The invention relates to the field of concrete waterproof additives, in particular to a production method of a novel concrete waterproof additive, which comprises the following steps: crushing and drying bentonite into particles; crushing alum into particles; crushing silicon ore into particles; crushing pyrophyllite to obtain pyrophyllite powder A, drying the pyrophyllite powder A, adding a coupling agent and a proper amount of water, uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture B, drying and crushing the mixture B to obtain a material C, and coating the surface of the pyrophyllite powder A in the material C with a layer of coupling agent; proportionally mixing the treated bentonite, alum, silicon ore and material C with the zeolite powder, gelatin powder, triethanolamine, aluminum stearate, talcum powder and boric acid in parts by weight to obtain a material D; and carrying out ball milling and stirring on the material D to obtain the product. The concrete prepared by the method has the advantages of favorable water resistance, excellent impermeability and favorable durability of the waterproof layer, and is not easy to crack.
本发明涉及混凝土防水外加剂领域,具体涉及一种新型混凝土防水外加剂的生产方法,将膨润土破碎烘干成的颗粒状;将明矾破碎至颗粒状;将硅矿破碎至的颗粒状;将叶蜡石粉碎后得到叶腊石粉末A,将叶蜡石粉末A与经过烘干处理,再加入偶联剂和适当的水搅拌均匀得到混合物B,将混合物B烘干粉碎得到物料C,使物料C中的叶腊石粉末A表面覆上一层偶联剂;将上述处理过的膨润土、明矾、硅矿、物料C连同上述重量份的沸石粉、明胶粉、三乙醇胺、硬脂酸铝、滑石粉、硼酸进行配比混合得到物料D;将物料D进行球磨与搅拌而制成产品,用本发明制得的混凝土防水性能好,抗渗性能优异,防水层的耐久性好,不易开裂。
