Manufacturing method of ceramsite aerated concrete light wallboard
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a ceramsite aerated concrete light wallboard. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: proportioning ceramsite, pottery sand, cement, fly ash, polypropylene fibers, a foaming agent, an additive and a steel net rack according to the requirement of a production mixing ratio, and conducting metering, mixing and stirring successively; distributing a mixture obtained in the previous step, processing a steel net rack, carrying out die-filling inspection, and conducting pouring, compacting and molding in a mold; and sequentially conducting plastering, embossing, maintaining, demolding, mold removal and oil coating, inspecting finished products, and stacking the finished products, wherein a fiber volume mixing amount is 0.12%, a ceramsite content is 478 kg/m<3>, a pottery sand content is 281 kg/m<3>, a cement content is 436 kg/m<3>, a fly ash content is 109 kg/m<3>, a water content is 191 kg/m<3>, a foaming agent content is 0.1 m<3>/m<3>, and an additive content is 4.4 kg/m<3>. According to the invention, the polypropylene fibers are doped into ceramsite aerated concrete for experimental research on compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength, apparent density and the like, so the physical and mechanical properties of the ceramsite aerated concrete light wallboard are enhanced.
本发明公开了一种陶粒加气混凝土轻质墙板的制作方法,按生产配合比要求配足陶粒、陶砂、水泥、粉煤灰、聚丙烯纤维、发泡剂、外加剂、钢网架,计量后混合搅拌;将混合料分配,钢网架加工进行装模检验,在模具中浇注振实成型;进行抹面压纹并进行养护、拆模,清模涂油,成品检验后堆放。其中,纤维体积掺量0.12%,陶粒478kg/m3、陶砂281kg/m3、水泥436kg/m3、粉煤灰109kg/m3,水191kg/m3,发泡剂0.1m3/m3、外加剂4.4kg/m3。本发明在陶粒加气混凝土中掺入聚丙烯纤维进行抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度、表观密度等实验研究,以增强陶粒加气混凝土轻质墙板的物理力学性能。
